Kadhai paneer is one of the most popular dishes from the state of Punjab, in India, where Paneer (essentially Indian cottage cheese) and bell peppers are the main ingredients. It is flavored with kasuri methi (dried Fenugreek leaves), ginger-garlic, and a blend of light Indian spices, and is well-accompanied by rice or naan bread. Here we go:
